ByteDance, an owner of TikTok, presents a unique opportunity to develop and sustain Safety of TikTok Content in Russia and CIA.
Responsibilities:
- Policy making. Tailors and adjusts content safety policies to local social and geographical market context in order to ensure absence of restricted content publication within TikTok
- Policy Implementation. Aligns with Safety management team regarding policy changes and controls the implementation to support influencers' loyalty to TikTok
- Case management. Monitors videos published by key influencers, which were marked as restricted, provides case analysis and supports influencer in order to eliminate such problems in the future
- Massive negative feedback management. Monitors local trends in comments (massive shaming trends, 'trolling') and ensures its termination in order to increase influencer loyalty to the service
Requirements: - 4+ years in Digital, Safety, Content management
- Solid understanding of legal requirements to social media content
- Degree in Law as a plus
- Previous experience in moderation / content control as a plus
