Responsibilities
- To manage the HR Admin processes and policies, prepare legally required documents (personnel files, employment agreements, inductions, exit interviews etc.);
- To update personnel information and all types of absence in HR Software on a regular basis;
- To collect and prepare all data for the payroll process for all responsible locations;
- To update/ create different HR reports and headcount analysis on a monthly basis;
- To manage Medical insurance for employees cooperating with providers;
- To provide assistance to all employee’s inquiries and follow up on daily tasks.
Requirements: - University Bachelors or Postgraduate degree in a related field;
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (reporting & analysis);
- Fluent Russian language, English will be considered as an advantage;
- Good knowledge of Russian and Belarusian Employment law;
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail;
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment;
- Previous experience in HR Software will be considered an advantage;
