Main job responsibilities:
- Adapt Protection & Resilience standard and ensure that its requirements are fulfilled for all legal entities of Allianz Group
- Business continuity management. Risk assessment (RIA), business impact analysis (BIA), development of BCM plans and keep them up-to-date in line with changing business model and external factors.
- Incident management in accordance with the requirements of P&R standards (Development and implementation of the incident response process, assessment, resolution, closure)
- Сrisis management (Implementing a crisis management process, developing relevant crisis scenario plans for the organization, developing crisis scenario response plans, developing a concept for testing and verifying the effectiveness of crisis response plans, organizing training and raising awareness of the organization's employees regarding the crisis management process); together with COO manage Crisis Unit teams in response to any emergency or other events impacting business continuity and ensure minimum disruption to Allianz Group Operations
- Workplace and office space management (accounting and control of workplaces, organization and coordination of movements, optimization of office space, navigation in the office)
- Working in a group on transforming office space. Development of plans, implementation and management of flexible office space.
Requirements to candidates:
- Higher education
- Experience of working as Business Continuity Manager in an international company is desirable
- Successful track record of project implementation in the area of BCM, Facilities, Office space management or any other cross-functional initiative involving multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of standards, practices and regulatory acts in the BCM area
- Proven ability to manage crisis ensuring minimum disruption to business operations
- Ability to translate standards into actions. Proactive approach, ability to develop and implement preventive measures to mitigate or minimize risk
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
- Strong team player
