Sales of active substances (surfactants, polymers and others) for oilfield applications: production, stimulation, cementing, drilling.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve planned sales volumes in accordance with the established budget plan;
- Initiate and maintain relationships with strategic and potential clients / for market development to identify current business needs;
- Gather accurate information about existing companies-the customers, the prospects for their development, as well as potential customers;
- Study trends in various markets of these products and provide business with analytical information about the market, about qualitative and quantitative changes through periodic and special reports;
- Study the needs of clients/customers to identify business development opportunities;
- Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy in the geographical area determined by the need of the business unit;
- Plan, monitor, and periodically report on the performance of key sales activities, including budget planning costs;
- Identify opportunities for new business as part of detailed sales planning and forecasting;
- Regularly inform customers about products and market events as well as feed Information back to Nouryon Technical service labs;
- Identify and implement new technical and business opportunities for product promotion;
- Prepare contract proposals and negotiate delivery agreements;
- Conduct negotiations with clients regarding the terms of contracts;
- Manage distributors and interactions between distributors and direct and indirect customers;
- Monitor and ensure timely payment of invoices by clients and distribution of credit limits in accordance with the company's credit control policy;
- Control the entire process of sales procedures (delivery, customs clearance, local transport, international transport, local contract);
- Regularly, as well as in cases of urgent need, visit clients/customers in companies that purchase Specialty chemicals in Oilfield , Water treatment, Lubes & Fuels to provide information and technical support to clients;
- Be a contact person for clients / customers to inform them about new developments and ways to use products;
- Provide customers with the necessary certificates and confirmations;
- Identify problem areas in your business and take action to address them;
- Work with complaints;
- Take part in exhibitions and conferences, and conduct seminars for clients if necessary.
Requirements:
- University Degree (Specialty chemical, Oil& gas technologies)
- 5-6 years of hands-on B2B sales experience, the most preferable areas are Oilfield , Water treatment, Lubes & Fuels
- Knowledge oil and gas production technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Russian.
- Initiative.
- Negotiation skills.
- Customer oriented mindset with good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good command of MS Office.
- Flexibility for frequent travelling across Russia, CIS countries, Europe
- Experience of work in foreign/multicultural organization
- Ability to accept and develop the company's culture: strategy, goals, values, behavior models
Conditions:
- Registration of an employment contract in accordance with the labor code
