Position Summary: Sales Manager for Industrial Applications (Special applications, Construction Chemicals, Aviation, Industrial Lubricants, Paints &Coatings) in CIS region.
Responsible for managing and achieving Sales targets for Industrial segments in CIS countries/ in charge to optimizing the business profitability, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements and taking responsibility for the Industrial Application segments performance against targets/ Responsible for identification of new business opportunities and implementation of sales plans in line with the Company business strategy.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- manage Industrial Application segments sales in CIS region
- execute go-to-market strategy in strategic segments of Industrial Applications and company strategy in regards CIS region
- development of sales channels, customer portfolio and account plans
- work with the Segment Heads' and relevant R&D teams in order to achieve the Company targets
- identification of areas for new business development and explore new market for existing products
- coordinate technical support and sales visits at the customers in CIS region
- plan and coordinate Company activities at industry events, conferences and fairs in the region
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- master degree in Chemistry, Management or Business with working experience in sales of chemical specialties
- technical background and good understanding of marketing and chemical technologies
- ability to manage customers and applications in different industries
- good presentation skills
- good command of written and spoken English
- good command in MS Office with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
