Responsibilities:
Team management
1. Plan, manage, and develop the account management team?
2. Improve the internal working process and efficiency;
3. Help talent grow;
Client Management
1. Drive education on product, company updates and share company best practices as relevant to client or agencies' business;
2. Manage and grow post-sale client relationships of auction ads offerings by monitor and analyze ad campaigns, and proactively take initiative to improve results;
3. Proficient in campaign management, setting up and optimization. Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings;
4. Share marketplace feedback and guide our advertising strategy;
5. Support and work with sales team on pre-sale research and pitch;
6. Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team;
7. Investigate and work directly with product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign;
Product and go-to-market strategy
1. Responsible for improvement of product feature adoption and consistently drive the product improvement from market feedback;
2. Share marketplace feedback and guide our advertising strategy;
Requirements: 1. Degree educated or equivalent professional experience;
2. At least 5 years of experience in media or ad-tech advertising industry with experience in performance client service and auction ad-solution;
3. At least 3 years in people management;
4. Ability to speak and write in English and market local language fluently and idiomatically;
5. Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit;
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels;
7. Experience managing campaigns across digital platforms and ad tech product;
8. Have strong multi-tasking and analytical skills and can perform under pressure;
9. Experience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges;
10. Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance;
11. Previous experience working across multi markets preferred but not necessary;
