Immigrant Invest is a designated leader in acquiring residence permits or citizenship by investment. We assist high-net-worth individuals and guide them through the immigration and integration process. Our headquarters is in Vienna, Austria.
The role of the Institutional Sales Manager is to identify and qualify Immigrant Invest business sales opportunities for prospective Partners by uncovering and addressing customer’s line of business needs. Success is measured by net new opportunities successfully handed over to Partner. The primary goal of the Institutional Sales Manager is to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction through their engagement.
The Institutional Sales Manager achieves this by performing the following functions:
• Build, retain and expand Partner relationships using marketing, telephone, email and other inside-based means.
• Contacts new/prospective Partners via telephone to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
• Working closely with Legal & Private Sales Managers to identify Immigrant Invest sales opportunities in Private Clients
• Conducts CRM account discovery & profiling of customer’s in target industries
• Contacting prospective Partners and Clients, in follow-up to marketing campaigns (events, tradeshows, demand generation through the web etc.) to identify and qualify Immigrant Invest sales opportunities
• Focus on solution selling that helps customers meet their challenges and business opportunities, showing demonstrable economic value
• Developing and managing a healthy and predictable pipeline that meets or exceeds quota and forecast accuracy expectations
• Working closely with Marketing tracking the opportunity through to close through customer engagement.
Hiring Guidelines:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct or indirect sales with proven results
* Bachelors degree required
* Demonstrated understanding of selling techniques and expertise in selling “business to businesses”
* Able to focus on developing and maintaining strong Partnership relations
* Able to co-develop territory plans and account contact strategies
* Demonstrated communication skills, including clear and concise verbal and written business communication in Russian language. A working knowledge of English is desirable.

* Able to focus on achieving positive, concrete results that contribute to business success
* Able to use Mac OS and CRM systems
* Enthused by a fast-paced selling environment, cares deeply about the customer, and whose attention to detail uncovers opportunities.
