Our client is lead manufacturing company. The company has hundred years of history and employs thousands employees worldwide. For the Russian office in Moscow we are looking for:
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (Plastics, Chemical & Food Industries)
Main purpose: To promote the Company’s solutions range (equipment) to new and existing customers in Plastics, Chemical and Food industries within the Russian Federation in achieving and contributing to achieving both personal sales targets and entire team targets.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include conducting market analysis into the industries of responsibility within the region to identify Customers where there is significant profitable demand for the Company’s product ranges, planing short and long term activities in order to achieve maximum time in face to face situations with existing or new customers.
You will negotiate both the technical and commercial details of the proposals and close the sale on all enquiries within acceptable company limits, maximising margins wherever possible. Moreover as a Regional Sales Manager you will assist in the creation of business plans and budgets for subsequent years, and once approved, take appropriate actions to deliver the said business plans and budgets.
What Core Skills and Competencies should you have?
Bachelor degree or higher in engineering
Experience in sales to plastics manufacturers!
Good command of English both verbal and written, willingness to further improve and develop lingual skills
Proven and broad contacts in one of the focus industries (decision-makers or decision developers in the plastics and chemical industries). Willingness to maintain and develop contacts, network significantly and compliantly
In-depth knowledge of focus industries processes
Proactive approach to problem resolution
Highly mobile and capable to work effectively on the road, willing and available to travel intensively within Russia and abroad.
