Now we are looking for new colleague for Marketing team to lead effective cross-functional co-operation with Marketing, Sales and other functions to ensure common understanding of market performance and focus against aligned objectives.
Responsibilities:
REPORTING:
- DATA MANAGEMENT: DATA SOURCE & INFO GENERATION: market research & consumer / shopper research & DATA ANALYSIS,
- Market overview: macro trends; NEW segments: scan market to identify pockets of growth,
- Category & Brand reviews: brand data, consumers’ research, competitive intelligence, media overview, social listening,
- REPORTING : develop and maintain key reports for MT / Marketing team / Trade marketing / Sales (tbc) /Tech opportunity assessment,
- LRP: market & category overview & forecasting,
CONSUMER / SHOPPER:
- Consumer / Shopper research: Link tests for TV com, CPT (concept product test for new product launches), Idea Screen 2/3 times per year; U&A; Conjoint studies; Category Days,
- PRICING: PnP study; pricing pilots: conduct price elasticity analysis (per SKU, per Channel, per Region); update competitor price map. Selectively conduct pricing pilots. Monitor stability of consumer prices and adherence to RSP; price increase scenarios; link with RGM project,
- Media efficiency incl. MMM & media agency audition,
- PILOTS: Develop, control and assess different pilots conducted in marketing,
PROCESS:
- PRODUCT PORTFOLIO OPTIMIZATION: full cycle responsibility,
- NPD: gate process lead & optimization; BUSINESS GATE lead,
- NPI: marketing follow up & target setting and common score cards per each new launch.
Desired skills and Qualification:
- Universiry degree ( preferable marketing, economics, sociology, mathematics/statistics, etc),
- Experience min 5 years in research agency and in-house (FMCG company) at the position of senior analyst/ project manager,
- Experience in quantitative & qualitative survey: quotas, questionnaires design, results processing,
- Work experience with tools: Nielsen, Romir, BHT, Ipsos, TNS Idea Screen, Microsoft Office, SAP, Pra Data,
- English level - Upper-Intermediate (as a must),
- Strong analyticial skills,
- High drive and results oriented spirit.
