The Opportunity:
Currently to our Moscow office we are seeking Group KAM/National KAM to join our Sales Team. The objective of this role is sales volume and revenue targets achievement with designated accounts. Detection, running the negotiations and start cooperation with major client in our clients portfolio, management of sales budgets and assurance of maximized presence at retail, smooth cooperation by account. To manage of the team of Sales Representatives and Associated Key Account Managers of the Company.
Main Tasks and Accountability:
- Forecast/plan, sell and sustain volumes to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual shipment targets. Be accountable for the plans that have been put in place by account;
- Detect and negotiate pool of potential customers in order to increase volume and distribution coverage of the Company.
- Effectively plan and control profitability of designated accounts in line with business potential and sales budgets;
- Effect store audits in order to be fully aware of the in-store status of the Company’s products;
- Secure full distribution of company categories and items in all accounts in line with potential and brand strategies.
- Work closely with the Marketing Department to ensure effective and compatible planning, control and implementation of account trade marketing fund to maximize shipment opportunities and increase sales to customers and consumers;
- Develop a strong business relationship with accounts key personnel;
- Develop and maintain in depth knowledge of account and Russian toy market dynamics;
- In conjunction with the Sr Sales Manager, develop and execute key accounts plans and strategies to meet sales objectives;
- Manage Accounts receivable together with Russian finance team;
- Thinks creatively and be a source of new ideas, utilize written recommendations and management meetings to convey ideas that will benefit sales of Mattel brands;
- Be fully conversant with the latest computer technology and make full use of it in dealing with the account;
- People Management – training, development and motivation of the designated team.
- Work closely with staff internally to ensure successful relationships across Company.

Education: University/college degree or its equivalent.
