Role Summary/Purpose :
Sales Specialist is a highly-educated specialist with solid knowledge of all Imaging products including technical side. Sales Specialist works directly with clients along with Service Account Leaders and Account Managers, strengthens the channels and develops customized solutions for clients basing on their needs . Installation Base Solutions Sales Specialist uses marketing tools and strategies in market analysis and product promotion.
Essential Responsibilities :
• Quoting the product features and price according with customers’ requests and technical requirements;
• Driving render/bid process including the needs qualification, vendor selection, quotation and closure of their product/solution/service opportunities to meet orders, sales, and margin targets as well as to maximize customer satisfaction;
• Installation Base analysis and correlation of Installation Base potential, customer demand and current Options & Upgrades portfolio;
• Close collaboration with Imaging Modality specialists, Service Account Leaders and Account Managers on the territory in creation value according to customer demand;
• Conducting market, competitor, and win/loss analysis; providing feedback from the field for the purpose of product gaps analysis; participating in price execution process;
• Providing promotion support of the Certified PreOwned Oquipment and Options & Upgrades products within the assigned territory including, but not limited to coordinated marketing strategy, participation and organization of national/local conferences and master-classes;
• Providing wing to wing support to the sales process for Options & Upgrades and Certified PreOwned Oquipment products from regular field customer meetings to communication with Headquarter and manufacturing
Qualifications/Requirements :
• Medical Degree or Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a technical field;
• 2-3 years of work experience in equipment salesб product and KOL management ;
• Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel and other data-based programs);
• Fluent English;
• Ability to travel >50% time in the field
Successful candidates will be employed under local employment conditions and must already satisfy local employment/work permit and residency regulations.
