Main tasks:
Working with key wholesale clients of the company in the field of:
- Order Management (from warehouse in Netherlands);
- Payments tracking / Shipments coordination (form Europe to Russia and CIS) / shipping documents maintenance;
- Reporting / data analysis;
- Shipping Forecasting;
- Claims handling;
- Customer master maintenance;
- Cross-functional communication to provide customer support.
Requirements are:
- Education: logistics/economics/finance/technical;
- Experience in customer service or logistics (transportation, warehousing, import/export, planning). For Fashion Retail company will be a plus;
- Fluent English (both written and oral);
- Good MS Excel knowledge (pivot tables, formulas, work with big data etc);
- Analytical mind / mathematical thinking;
- Excellent communication skills;
- SAP knowledge is a must.
