IT department staff management:
Daily, Weekly, Monthly and yearly-based plans and reports
Planning and controlling working hours, days off, vacations, discipline
Planning and controlling duty persons for public holidays
Training, motivation, finding and hiring of staff
Solving issues and conflicts inside and outside IT
Daily-based control of Service Desk incidents and service requests
Controlling of tasks and projects of administrators
Administrative support of projects (budgets, technical breaks etc.)
Giving physical that may be needed during any project followed by the Turkish

Administration team.
o Physical installation of the server to the rack
o Cabling of the server to network
o Controlling the server room in the Head Office for heat, humidity and
security point of view.

IT department budget governance:
Participation in preparation the annual IT budget, exploitation and operation
projects
Defining partners (customers, providers of services), preparing, control, storing
agreements
Communications with accountants, paperwork
Purchases, including tenders and control of the prices

Storing bills, analyzing of expenses in a platform that can be filtered by the
fields so that approved persons can get requested lists.
Investigation needs of departments and persons
Control IT trends and new technologies for optimization expenses purposes
Investigates new technologies to decrease expenses
Management of IT procedures and documentation:

Management procedures which are on intersection IT and business (for
example: Attendance Control System, Tickets, Video control system etc)
Management of IT procedures (including services requests, requests from
users etc.)
Management of IT Dep. documentation: instructions, lists, forms, contacts,
plans, tasks, reports, agreements, notifications etc.
Management of special documentation projects:
o Intranet portal
o Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
o Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)
o FL 152 set of documents
Communications with lawyers and accountants, paperwork
Providing more efficient functions for working with business and inside
documentation and procedures for users and departments, trainings of staff
Being in touch with Turkish team about new policies.
Security management:

Informing, notifying, learning users about information threats
Defining and launching personal security rules and policies (for users and
PCs), learning and implementing modern technologies of information security
(IRM, RMS, EMS)
Daily-based control of security in regions
Working with Information Security accidents
Finding new technologies/ways/tools to increase security
Being in touch with Turkish Team about new security threads and new policies

Licenses management:
Preparing and verifying Microsoft EA
Optimizing all licenses (Microsoft, Kaspersky, Adobe etc)
Preparing sets of documents according Russian lows and rules

Control PCs for illegal software and clean up them

Solving licensing accidents

IT infrastructure management and control:
Control IT environment and IT infrastructure in the company and regions.

IT accounting systems management and control

Control of data in all IT accounting systems, including all AD domains.
Office 365 administration
Telephone systems numbering plan: preparing and control

Communications with business
investigate the business processes and to know business needs and
problems
Organize meetings to Inform business departments and users about new IT
security threats, new IT technologies etc.
