Technical competences:
- Hands-on programming knowledge
- Experience in setting up Bank's Card Processing
- Good overall knowledge of the PRIME suite of products
- Technical Leadership Skills
- Understanding complex functional requirements and able to provide technical solutions to these problems. Including the implications of different designs to the overall system solution
- Ability to consult assigned Clients on TSYS standard technical solutions
- Ability to lead resolution of Client-escalated issues from technical and business perspective
- Ability to facilitate professional interaction and communication within Prime Licensing Department (PLD)
Key Responsibilities:
- BTS (Business Technical Support) ServiceDesk Triage
- Client requirements assessment / solutionizing with Core/Delivery Team / effort estimation and presenting to Clients
- Understanding complex functional requirements and able to provide technical solutions to these problems, including the implications of different designs to the overall system solution
- Ability to consult assigned Clients on TSYS standard technical solutions
- Ability to lead resolution of Client-escalated issues from technical and business perspective
- Ability to facilitate professional interaction and communication within PLD
- Clients Business Requirements Analysis / Solutionizing/ Estimation. Cross Product Knowledge for supporting Business
- Project Oversight
- Release Management
- Client Escalation path
- Ownership of Client Technical Specifications and Design.
- Knowledge Transfer on Client Technical Configuration /Enhancements within PLD (Core Team, ServiceDesk, Compliance)
- Determining revenue opportunities for TSYS through prioritizing billable requests with Business
- Travelling to Clients for face-to-face meetings and attending Focus Groups
