Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with customers and own stores (business correspondence, telephone conversations and etc.);
- Management of master data in 1С: new customers, discounts, prices, new items, etc.;
- Processing of requests in 1C: orders entry, invoicing, specifications, reservation, adjustments, credit/debit/ delivery notes, etc.;
- Processing of requests in Track & Trace system (for goods with mandatory DM labeling): shipments and returns documents;
- Maintain an organized Excel database: leftover goods, returned goods stock, shipments, discount types, credit limit control, payment terms, additional approvals of individual terms and approaches, etc;
- Liaise with finance/accounting department in order to achieve accuracy in invoicing, receivables, other papers;
- Shipment documents preparation;
- Negotiate delivery conditions, transport booking, shipments confirmation;
- Cooperation with warehouse (order processing, daily operations planing and negotiations, tracking of product shipment at all stages, stock analysis, claims processing);
- Complaint handling (wholesale customer claims, claims from the own stores);
- Control and verification of the stock balances in the systems, corrections if needed (equal balance);
- Reporting an organized Excel database: replenishment report, sales reports, free stock balance and others reports based on needs;
- Checking and confirming the results of inventories in own stores;
- To collect, check and approve the closing documents (wholesale customer, suppliers).
Requirements:
- Relevant post-secondary education;
- Work experience (2-3 years) in sales support role or relevant experience in customer service/ logistics;
- Clear understanding of sales principles, main accounting procedures (accounts payables and accounts receivables) and customer service practices;
- Analytical and multitasking skills, positive approach, attentive to detail, responsible, self-motivated, goal-oriented, teamwork ability, stress-resistant, proactive, open-minded, and trustful person;
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must;
- Knowledge of 1C Trade and 1C Retail (confident user);
- Strong Excel skills (is a competitive advantage).
Conditions:
- Registration according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
- Permanent contract, full time employment;
- Mon-Fri, 9:00 – 18:00;
- Health insurance coverage (after trial period).
