MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree (technical specialization as a plus);
- Knowledge of relational databases (SQL basic skills as a plus);
- As a plus: experience in CRM systems (preferably, knowledge of Siebel Sales);
- English: Upper-Intermediate (spoken, written);
- Advanced PC user (excellent knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Power point);
- Good communication skills;
- Attentive to details and structural thinking
- Ability to work under pressure, high self-motivation, team player
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Siebel Operational support:
- Create task for Sales Force based on strategical and operational focuses in business cycles;
- Provide business the instruments for trade programs and new trade activities implementation;
- Administrate Siebel Sales data dictionaries;
- User administration
- Provide users support:
- Develop manuals and instructions for TME users;
- Act as main point of contact for regional TME Experts in TME questions
- Take part in TME University (Online trainings platform about TME systems) developing and support
- Assist in TME systems update and technical support:
- Collect and analyze information about Siebel Sales issues for further escalation to technical teams
- Ensure issues proper investigation and resolution level
- Communication with technical teams and TME Geneva
- Consult business on the best process design and technical implementation in TME Systems
- Launch new functionality and modules in Siebel Sales
