Our client, one of the world's leading manufacturers of high-quality products used for finishing surfaces and cutting off materials, looking for a Head of Sales Team (experience in B2B business with technical products - must!).
Main responsibilities:
- Management, control, motivation and further development of the field staff in the area of care.
- Active accompaniment and support of the field staff in the assisted area.
- Support of special and large customers and associations.
- Responsibility for turnover, contribution margin and budget in the support area.
- Systematic market observation and analysis.
- Optimization of costs and quality in the sales process.
- Network maintenance, participation in associations and interest groups.
- High proportion of travel with regular visits to customers and joint trips with the sales force.
- Expansion of the share of new customers in the area of responsibility of the sales representatives.
- Increasing the consumer share together with the sales representatives in the area served.
- Implementation of sales concepts in the fields of e-commerce, digitalization and service.
- Active leadership through employee and development discussions.
- Support of the sales force in new product launches and promotions.
- Participation in projects in the area of domestic sales.
- Supporting a change management process.
Main requirements:
Foreign languages: English - from Upper-Intermediate level.
Driver's license: Obligatory. Company car is available.

Must-have experience requirements for candidates:
- Several years of professional experience in the management.

- Experience with the distribution channel technical trade and cooperation with purchasing associations.
