We are looking for an experienced and ambitious professional who will fulfill KPIs for partner sales, and who can become one of the leaders of the company's commercial block.
Duties:
Sales of the Addreality software platform - active search, meetings, events, development of relationships with partners and customers, processing of incoming leads;
Interaction with Russian and foreign companies - partners, system integrators, clients in the field of small and medium-sized businesses;
Development of foreign markets (USA, Europe, Asia) hunting and development of partners and clients;
Initiation and development of projects, closing deals;
Planning and building the processes of attracting, training and developing partners;
Conducting presentations, training, accompanying partners and clients;
Fulfill your personal monthly and quarterly sales plan.
Requirements:
Higher education - technical, economic, management;
Experience in working with partners and successful sales in the b2b segment;
Experience in sales of IT solutions, software;
Excellent presentation skills, personal charisma, work for results;
Technical literacy and fast learning;
Ability to express your thoughts competently and easily;
Ability to work in a team, build relationships with people;
Energy, initiative and dedication, desire to work hard and grow quickly;
Active life and professional position, willingness to give all the best for 100%, responsibility for the implementation of the sales plan.
