We are currently recruiting a Shopper marketing manager to join our Consumer Goods business unit.

Main tasks
-
Develop Shopper marketing plan for Top Customers aimed to grow distribution and sales based on customer & category strategy and promo guidelines in the strong partnership with Sales team

Review customer promo plans and analyze results looking for opportunities to develop the business
-
Plan and execute Category investment budget in accordance with category priorities and align with CM Category teams
-
Develop and execute Tailor-made activations (promo & POSM) in accordance with customer needs and category strategy
-
Prepare and share post promo evaluation (ROI) for TMAs and key promo activations with learnings and recommendations for future
-
Analyze competitors activities and take actions to protect sales together with KAMs
-
Prepare Trade presentations for the customers together with KAMs
-
Support listing plans and it’s implementation in the customers together with KAMs in accordance with MSL and category strategy
-
Take part in meetings with the customers, share promo analysis and best practices
Key competencies

Higher education
-
English – intermediate/upper-intermediate/fluent
-
FMCG experience: at least 1-3 year experience in implementing retail trade activities and POSM campaigns (shopper marketing experience is preferable)

Analytical skills

Ability to take initiative (pro-activeness), drive process & deliver the result

Understanding of retail environment and key sales drivers

Basic knowledge of shopper marketing principles
