Services Account Representative
We are looking for an expert, who will be main customer contact for operational Technical Service, facilitating service sales growth ambition through account management, sales opportunity analysis, management of maintenance contracts, service coordination and customer support. You will be based in Moscow, Russia.
What You Will Do
As Services Account Representative, you will:
- Support Technical Account Manager in the preparation of sales strategy including analyzing sales opportunities using internal data sources.
- Promote, follow up and analyze on sales opportunities based on customer information.
- Have regular meetings, phone calls/emails with customers in order to strengthen the relationship, better understand their processes, identify opportunities and align the strategy with the Account Managers.
- Analyze customer satisfaction of service delivery together with internal function and compare with our service level.
- Provide support in following areas: Maintenance, Installations, Issue Resolution, Selling Service, System Performance, TS Part of Key Account Plan, Service Contract Fulfilment, Mandatory Kits, KA Team Collaboration, Customer Management, Parts Supply Chain and Others.
- Follow up and Coordinate the maintenance events including confirming maintenance event and supporting MK deployment with customer.
- Support Technical Account Manager in preparation of service execution including preparing quotation, securing competence/resources for delivery of services and service delivery control.
- Service contract Coordination in the execution of service contract fulfillment.
Who You Are
We believe you have:
- University Bachelor or equivalent in Business, /Administration/ Industrial Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales/administrative/technical area with interactions with customers.
- Good knowledge of SAP system.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, native Russian.
