KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Administrative specialist, you will be responsible for keeping the office running and helping employees in solving different issues.
- Catering for employees;
- Finding rental housing for employees, assistance in concluding rental agreements;
- Providing a sim-card;
- Assistance in organizing various events of companies (for employees);
- Purchase of stationery, dishes and products for coffee breaks. Acceptance, accounting and distribution of goods;
- Cross functional communication with cleaning company, Finance and IT departments;
- Epidemic prevention management;
- Purchase of administrative services (meal allowance, residence, medical insurance, office equipment and etc.). Signing contracts, control of supplies and payment.
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE
- A bachelor’s degree or above;
- At least 1+ years of relevant experience;
- To be high responsible person, quick response, willingness to help and solve employee problems
- Strong communication, organization and analytical skills;
- Strong command of the English language (Advanced or above);
- Knowledge of Chinese will be an advantage;
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel, Word and PPT skills is a must).
