HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS SHEREMETYEVO HOTEL (opening in december 2017) is a modern hotel in Moscow Sheremetyevo International Airport (SVO) with an all-day cafe/bar, free Wi-Fi and free inclusive breakfast. Holiday Inn Express Moscow - Sheremetyevo Airport is ideally located only 8 minutes’ walk from Sheremetyevo International Airport and from the AeroExpress Train Terminal which will take you directly to Moscow city centre in just 35 minutes every half an hour.
We're inviting superprofessional candidate for the position of Guest Service manager to join our pre-opening team
Responsibilities:
- Managing all guest service departments in the hotel: Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, ensuring that related standard & procedures are in place and adhered to.
- Manage and execute existing policies and procedures ensuring compliance and recommending changes if needed to ensure improved guest satisfaction
- Drawing up the budget forecast, ensuring compliance with the qualitative and quantitative standards;
- Train, motivate and manage the team members to maintain the highest levels of guest satisfaction
- Carries out annual performance appraisals for team members and sets targets
Key qualifications required:
- Higher Degree
- Not less than 3 years experience in the position of Front Office Manager or Rooms Division manager
- Computer literate in the Windows environment, Opera;
- Fluent English, native Russian.
- Advanced computer user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Communication skills.
- Decision maker.
- Ability to work with OPERA, Merlin, Fair Sales or similar production tracking system.
- Excellent team management skills
- Result oriented and attentive to details
- Willingness and ability to travel to Sheremetyevo (hotel is located in Sheremetyevo Airport)
