Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices is looking for a strong candidate for a Commercial Manager CSS role located in Moscow.
The job is to manage product distribution network in Russia & CIS, provide commercial support for Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions business and distributors.
Activities and functions:
Distribution network management
- Develop a strategy of distribution in cooperation with Commercial Strategy Lead.
- Develop a standard discount scales in cooperation, align them with Finance, Legal and HCC departments
- Ensure proper communications of distribution strategies and discount scales to distributors
- Coordinate interaction with new distributors
- Organize and participate in regular meetings with distributors (including business trips)
- Maintain distributors database with information related to distributors
- Coordinate and perform trainings for distributors (legal training, HCC training)
- Maintain contractual routine in line with internal policies and procedures
- Ensure that all distributors are aware and aligned with HCC policies and procedures
- Build effective collaboration with distributor key stakeholders, identify their needs and provide them with expected operational support
Maintain operational excellence
- Control over calculation and approval of standard quarter discounts
- Assess effectiveness of discount scale to increase distributors’ motivation and be aligned with business targets
- Approve payments terms and credit limit for distributors
- Develop distributors reporting system
- Support Credit control to facilitate payments of debts by distributors and collection of bad debts
- Be the first contact for internal departments when interaction with distributors are involved, coordinate smooth resolution of the issue
- Provide information on MDD distributors and discount scales and represent MDD for external authorities
Candidate profile:
- Higher economics/law degree;
- Commercial experience in Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical industry;
- Team player with the ability to lead and work effectively both with Peers and subordinates;
- Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel user;
- Upper-Intermediate English and above;
- Ability to build strong customer contacts;
- Negotiation skills;
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
