Our client, a large international company, a leader in the global market of the production and sale of consumer electronics in search of KAM in HVAC department
Responsibilities:
1. Being the front-line contact for the distributors, improving their performance
2. Playing a major part in reaching the sales plans to direct and indirect customers within the assigned territory
3. Participating in agreements with customers and control of the fulfilment of customers commitments in TO, key products sales, M/S, motivation programs
4. Operating Project Registration Process and control of project sales, T&C schemes, discounts
5. Weekly reporting of the sales progress
6. Weekly forecasting of the sales according to the company schedule, coordination of forecasts
7. Analyze metrics and competitor moves, and prepare analysis to be used to guide decision making, better understand Sales behavior in the market, segmentation, identify trends and highlighting opportunities, propose further price and marketing moves.
8. Working closely with the consulting sales team and PM to understand customers requirements.
9. Monitoring related to product regulations (energy efficiency, refrigerant use, etc.)
10. Ensuring any upcoming legislation is acted upon accordingly.
11.Travel to customers, the manufacturing facility and training centers are anticipated though this is an office-based role.
Requirements:
Hard skills:
1. Proven working experience in HVAC Product planning & marketing area over 3 years
2. Knowledge of HVAC competitors and main players in distribution
3. Knowledge and understanding of project business in HVAC industry
4. Knowledge of the main stakeholders in the industry (consultants, engineering companies, contractors and developers)
Soft skills:
1. Communication skills
2. Proactive and well organized, capable of handling multiple tasks with tight deadlines
3. Experience of working with different cultures
4. Enthusiastic attitude and passion for target achievement
5.IT literate, familiar with MS office packages, understanding SAP(ERP), SCM, etc*
6.English level-Intermediate as a minimum
