Responsibilities:
Together with the marketing team, commercial team, and analytical team, determine the long-term strategy and goal setting for the entire category and for each brand within it.
- Leading cross-functional process of success development across channels based on strategic priorities & annual BP targets incl: assortment prioritization; additional PI, merchandizing standards project management
- Leading top KA customers: from analysis to customer negotiations to get confirmation, making project done and prepare postanalysis
- Development specific customer related activities (ad-hock) to drive category in customer and share growth through different activities (relevant assortment, in-store execution) in KA channel
- Building effective relationship & cross-functional routines with sales & marketing team, participation in team activities
- Managing digital plan with in the category
- Participation in the creation and implementation of the digital strategy for category/ brand development
- Through the formation of unique tools defining a strategy for brand support and development in the Winelab network
Create partnership for growth
- Cross- functional relations must be strengthened
- Full and sufficient communication with the top Management
- Establish collaborative relations with customers to become trusted long-term strategic partner

- Promoting and driving successful practice sharing within marketing & commercial teams

Experience Required:
- University degree
- 5+ years of experience in CATMAN\Shopper insights\Trade Marketing
- CATMAN projects with proven success
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong ability to form effective working partnerships with in functions, across functions and with group commercial team to deliver results
- Proven ability of results orientation and performance
