Responsibilities:
- Propose and implement learning strategy based on the current needs, trends, marketing and sales strategic goals;
- Identify immediate, medium and long-term development needs, assessing current capabilities and identifying skill gaps;
- Develop integrated training plan based on identified gaps (STEM, assessment, management consultancy, performance analysis);
- Develop of training curricula that focuses on Janssen sales competencies, TA and product knowledge. Provide strategic leadership to the sales training function to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales force. This includes the content development and implementation/execution of all sales training programs;
- Develop, implement and keep up to date e-learning modules for different ThAs (nosology, product, competitors, clinical trials) for experienced employees and newcomers;
- Partner with BU IT team to evolve online LMS for different ThAs, including soft-skills training. Develop the corporate distance learning platform to maximize field time vs in-house training;
- Cover sales trainings during the Cycle meetings and workshops (CI, In-call Excellence: in-call practice, pre-call planning, handling concerns and indifference);
- Organize and oversee the on-boarding of newcomers, develop and implement specific initial training programs;
- Co-travel with new and current sales personnel to assess, coach and develop their level of sales knowledge and skills;
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete those projects on time with the ability to influence others and accomplish goals within a matrixed environment. Partner with cross functional teams including the Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Compliance, etc. to plan, coordinate, decide on content and deliver an effective program;
- Leverage EMEA best practices and implement in Russia & CIS. Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of training services offered;
- Manage consultant and vendor relationships to ensure effective design and implementation of training solutions;
- Leading big initiatives towards cross functional collaboration and account management;
- Team management: setting common goals, KPIs, regularly assessing team effectiveness and improving team performance & engagement.
Requirements: - University degree required, preferable in pharmaceutical/medical/marketing;
- 6+ years of progressive experience in sales or marketing/business intelligence with a minimum of 3+ years of SFT/SFE experience in the pharmaceutical industry;
- 2+ years of experience leading a team preferred;
- A demonstrated history of success in leading sales training initiatives, conducting trainings, product launch initiatives, leadership development, curriculum design and training evaluation;
- Must have the demonstrated ability to develop a strategic vision for sales training that aligns with current and future marketing and sales strategies;
- Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and digital development solutions preferred;
- Experience in market and product performance analysis;
- Experience of working in cross-functional teams, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while influence others and accomplishing goals within a matrixed environment;
- Fluent Excel and Powerpoint user;
- Advanced English level;
- Strong project management, presentation, negotiation and selling skills;
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive, self-motivated and self-directed;
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the market, including digital ones.
