Be accountable for the performance of assigned Managed Accounts, achieving assigned targets for strategic objectives

Identify and onboard new business opportunities to drive expansion within new retail channels
-
Develop the business by identifying and accelerating all opportunities within existing customer portfolios
-
Establish and develop productive, professional relationships with key personnel (on all levels) in assigned managed accounts as well as new accounts

Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, management resources; providing leadership & inspiration fostering a culture of customer-centricity, accountability, collaboration and achieving big bold goals

Drive discipline and accountability with all stakeholders involved

Successfully introduce and implement new product categories and key initiatives, coordinate country campaigns with your selected accounts and execute with excellence

Lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
-
Establish and drive predictable business planning and forecasting processes, well-understood by the cluster leaders that enforce great discipline in sales processes and delivers overachievement of business results

Set up a quarterly key metrics activity and execution plan
-
Monitor and manage execution of the activities by measuring and reporting on activities and campaign results
-
Plan, manage and control budgets, control the relevant ROI and success parameters
-
Anticipate market changes to drive new, relevant solutions to customers
-
Be a Brand Ambassador

Extensive account & sales management experience and a track record of working with similar customers on retail market in Russia
-
5+ years of working experience in a Key Account Manager role in Consumer Electronics, FMCG or similar consumer facing industries
-
Possess a deep understanding of retail sales processes
-
Excellent, established relationship with key customers / accounts preferred
-
Strategic thinking with good execution and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication and presentation skills including being comfortable in presenting on different levels
-
Strong leadership, business acumen and strategic agility to be able to plan, lead, and drive change in the organization while meeting or exceeding business objectives

Have good leadership skill, dynamic and energetic

Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines, multi-tasking and manage projects independently

Well-organized and keen attention to detail

Hands on mentality and drive for result
-
Strong command of English, fluency in Russian
