Our Customer Care team is at the core of our business, we are the face of our company and we provide front line support to our customers.
We hire people who have the desire and motivation to deliver exceptional service to our
customers and always look at ways to anticipate and solve problems. We are looking for
people who like to drive change by working with other departments across the business. The team also contact potential new users promoting our product and help the onboarding process. The team currently work remotely based all around Europe and will expand as the business grows.
We’re looking for an exceptional Customer Care Specialist who understands what it takes to deliver a first class customer service. The role is to support our current and future users by assisting them to understand and use the product in the most efficient way possible. You will fully understand customer requirements, and work closely with the rest of the business to look at ways to improve the product and enhance the customer experience. Customer interaction will be through multiple channels, Chat, Email, Phone and Social Media. This is an evolving and growing business, and as you will be working in a startup environment, you will need to be extremely agile, managing and adapting to change quickly.
Responsibilities
- Working as part of a diverse and multi-skilled team
- Contacting and introducing the FINOM product to potential new users and assist in the onboarding process
- Providing the fastest customer service response in Europe via phone, email, live chat and social media platforms (less than 5 min)
- Liaising with other teams to promptly resolve any customers queries
- Ensuring individual KPI’s and overall Service Levels are consistently achieved
- Managing and adapting to a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Participating in various projects when required
- Collaborating with other teams across the business to drive exceptional service for our users by looking for ways to improve the product
- Contribute to best in class NPS and high Customer Satisfaction standards
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Desired Experience
- Experience working as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- At least 2 years working in a Customer Service role
- Experience working in a remote environment
Interpersonal Skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Strong communication skills, great numeracy and IT skills
- Driven, self-motivated and highly flexible
- Proven record of hitting individual targets
