Our client is international production company, leader on industrial equipment market.
Responsibilies:
- Increase customer’s sense of satisfaction and country annual sales contracts
- Focus on the marking and trends of industry; collect marketing information and research work
- Build market database and keep interactive communication
- Monitor competitors and adapt strategy along with competitor’s activities
- Exchange and coordinate market and competitor information with marketing department
- Deliver profitable new business opportunities.
- Propose projects and follow up the selected projects
- Make plan for sales activities and adjust it properly
- Organize negotiation with customer and contract signature to ensure company’s liabilities/risks are minimised and at all times, fully understood and communicated, including the negotiations of contracts for Plant Onsite projects
- Maintain close to the market (frequent contact with clients and suppliers and represent the company to local authorities)
- Incumbent shall be responsible for managing the development; implementing win strategy and project strategy; coordinating efforts of the matrix team (local commercial management, engineering, finance, law, and senior management); optimization of project value to the customer ; asset management through construction and commissioning; and, managing the project development budget.
Requirements:
- Higher degree in the Engineering sphere, ideally Low-temperature physics, Chemical or Metallurgy
- Involved with Onsite is an advantage, broad commercial, technical knowledge and strong analytical skills are also a plus
- 5+ years experience in a Business Development Sales role, including sales, marketing and complex long term engineering solutions development
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Have the experience with strategic planning and execution of performance targets;
- Ability to manage a few projects at one time
- Ready to business trip up to 40%
- Fluent English
