Johnson & Johnson is looking for a strong candidate for a Professional Education Specialist position to support Ethicon business in Russia & CIS.
The Professional Education Specialist is responsible for the implementation of Professional Education strategy in dedicated therapeutic areas. This includes execution of local and international Professional Education programs for surgeons in Colorectal, Bariatric, Gastric, HPB, Urology therapeutic areas.
Main responsibilities:
- Control of all stages of ProfEd activities realization;
- Communication with KOLs and BU regarding ProfEd activities planning and content;
- Preparation of professional education plan;
- Analysis and reporting;
- Preparation of new educational programs and courses in close collaboration with BU and KOLs;
- Participation in internal and external strategic projects.
Requirements:
- Medical education is a must;
- Medical Device/pharmaceutical and/or clinical experience;
- Event management experience is a plus;
- Project management skills;
- Creative, practical problem solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- English not lower than Intermediate;
- Willingness to travel as required.
