About the role
At ContentQuo, the SDR's job is to find and contact leads, qualify them as prospects, educate prospects about our product and services, and schedule meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team.
You will be making your leads interested in a robust and innovative way to approach Translation Quality Management in their organizations with ContentQuo's SaaS platform.
It’s like replacing the horse with a sportscar — you will enjoy a unique experience helping sell a best-in-class solution that replaces Microsoft Excel and email. Our product is used by some of the best-known translation organizations in the world, including the European Parliament and Global Top-10 translation agencies!
What will be your targets
- Meet or exceed the assigned quota of finding and contacting a minimum of 100 new contacts per week
- Meet or exceed the assigned quota of qualifying and sending to Sales at least 4 new qualified opportunities per week
- Demonstrate the value of our offering through email, LinkedIn, phone calls etc.
- Research and evaluate leads/prospects through web research
- Cold call / cold email leads generated by you and a variety of outside sources
- Nurture new leads by educating and developing them until they are ready to speak with a sales rep
- Set appointments for sales when a lead is qualified and ready to talk
- Research your target companies and stakeholders, and prepare executive summaries to turn your Sales partners into a guru ahead of their calls
- Diligently update Pipedrive, our CRM, to stay current on leads and follow-ups
- Drive attendance for our webinars and online conferences
- Shadow your Sales partners in meetings and other activities to help you acquire the skills you’ll need for your next role on the sales team.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership on strategy and tactics
What you should have
- 1+ year of experience as an SDR or a similar outbound sales role (ideally in B2B software)
- Advanced spoken and written English (minimum proficiency: C2). Professional proficiency in another major European language is a huge plus.
- Capability for understanding customer pain points, requirements, and resulting business opportunities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be a great writer, listener, and speaker.
- Fearlessness - willing to hop on the phone with new people every single day and explain our value proposition as it relates to each individual you speak with.
- An obsession with prospect happiness - set the stage for effective sales follow-up.
- The courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it. See something broken? Fix it.
