OVERVIEW:
- As a growth company we are looking for team members to grow with at the same time we provide area to work independently within area of responsibility and expect high level of involvement and responsibility
POSITION PURPOSE:
- Your major area of responsibility will be to ensure that accurate/timely/efficient HR administrative support is delivered to the employees of Russian legal entities and all HR administration & operations processes including documentation and HR information systems are in compliance with Russian Labor law and AGCO Corporate policies. You will also be involved in other HR processes.
- You will be actively involved in work of Training Center in Russia and Moscow office by providing administrative support and back-up to Administrative Specialist.
MAIN TASKS:
HR Administration:
- Collect data for payroll process and provide back-up support on payroll process for the Russian legal entity
- Ensure all HR data is updated on local HR-payroll system (1-C), corporate HR systems and physical files (e.g. personnel files, employee handbook, HR documents, information in the payroll system, checklists)
- Prepare labor contracts, personell & administrative orders
- Provide administrative support to new employees (e.g. admin support with relocation, banks, etc.)
- Organize the migration administration process in coordination with service provider
- Consult AGCO employees on Russian Labor Law
- Prepare monthly headcount reports for Russia
- Ensure updates on organizational charts of Russia
Talent Acquisition/Talent Management:
- Provide operational/administrative support to execute Talent Acquisition, Performance Management processes by assisting in scheduling and organising interview meetings and trainings, updating internal databases andhandling document flow with service providers
- Administrative support for HR related projects
Training Center Administration:
- Monitor/ coordinate execution of annual training calendar of Training Center by reminding trainers and dealer training coordinators about forthcoming events and keeping pre-training training check-lists
- Inform the hotel and canteen about number of students for smooth accommodation and hosting services
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree
- Additional certification(s) / training(s) in the HR Administration is of advantage
- At least 2-3 years working experience in HR administration (in an international work-environment)
- Proficient in administration of HR document flow
- Thorough understanding and experience about job documentation & evaluation, pay administration
- Deep knowledge of Labor Code and other Labor-related laws of Russian Federation
- Problem solving is required to analyze issues and create action plans. Problem solving with data requires independent interpretation of guidelines.
- Specific ability-based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: meeting schedules/deadlines; active listening, diplomacy, good written and verbal communication skills when communicating with internal/external customers; confidentiality; dealing with frequent interruptions; decision making; attention to details; multitasking; organizing; prioritization; reliability; stress tolerance; taking initiative; and teamwork
- Very good knowledge of 1C HR module, proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel is required
- Russian native speaker, working level of English language
