Job Responsibilities
- Develop documentation for developers (assigned functional area)
- Keep content up-to-date
- Develop training courses and certification tests
- Write code examples in C#
- Resolve support cases related to training materials
- Verify error messages and labels of UI elements on demand
- Perform watcher duties
- Work with SME to identify user scenarios and information gaps
Job Requirements
- Portfolio. Candidates are to present the most recent documentation that they have personally developed and specify the degree of their personal work (from scratch, additional chapters, TOC design, etc.). Documentation in English, and more recent documentation is preferable.
- Prior content developing experience in software for 3+ years
- Ability to write C# code examples
- Analytical thinking; the ability to research and learn.
- Excellent English writing skills; good ability to express thoughts in a clear, logical, and concise manner in written format.
- Self-discipline and the ability to work without supervision
- Ability to collaborate with teammates
- Strong commitment to quality results
- An eye for detail and consistency
- Experience in working with REST API documentation is preferred
