KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of table for controlling of the requests from the tax authorities and updating its status (including 3-rd parties, CIT,VAT);
- Preparation and collecting of acts, SA of intra-group contracts, uploading acts and contracts in the internal system;
- Periodical request through Contur of notes on execution by the taxpayer of the obligation of paid taxes, fees, statements on calculations with the budget, notes on the status of taxes;
- Preparation of statistical reports for statistics authority;
- Uploading of some contracts and primary documents into internal system;
- Assistance in signing of acts of reconciliation with customers;
- Organization of delivery and archiving of some documents;
- Taking part in preparation, collection of documents and information for statutory audit (during annual audit);
- Assistance to tax manager in reparation and submission of VAT tax return by request;
- Assistance to tax manager in reparation and submission of CIT tax return by request;
- Taking part in quarterly preparation of tax cash flow forecast;
- Weekly base monitoring in Contur system of paid taxes;
- Other assistance by request.
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE
- A bachelor’s degree or above;
- Relevant experience from 1+ years;
- Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above);
- Good excel skills;
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
