WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The best candidate must have 3+ years relevant experience, can join the team immediately and will be responsible for:
- Assisting in developing business development strategy focused on financial gain with a supporting plan and KPIs
- Leading business development meetings internally with the different sister companies
- Leading and arrange business meetings with entities in Qatar, establish relationships and drive sales, e.g. extra activation, extra tours etc
- Planning and oversee new business development initiatives
- Developing quotes and tailoring proposals to entities in Qatar working with various sister companies and departments on pricing model
- Researching and compiling key industry data, facts and figures to supplement proposals
- Developing goals for the business development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
- Constant follow-ups with different internal and external stakeholders
- Liaising with finance and legal to ensure all contracts include necessary specifications
- Quotations and presentations preparation
- Supporting events and team meetings
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Higher education
- Genuine interest in business development
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or relevant role with minimum 2 years’ experience
- Excellent market knowledge and cultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in making proposals and presentations through Powerpoint
- Grasping communication, negotiation and leadership skills with ability to build rapport
- Resilience to cope with long hours and pressure at peak times
- Diligence, high accuracy, responsibility, attentiveness
- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations during rush hours
- Strong English (С1/C2 must have), well-bred Russian speech
