ABOUT THIS JOB
The eData Delivery Analyst (eDDA) retains and grows relationship with retailers to improve data quality and elimination of errors in data within assigned region. An eDDA drills large data sets to find insights and root causes of issues. The eDDA intensifies and maintains communication with retailers, develops strong relationships and creates strategic short and long term plans to improve the quality of the data, on-time delivery and data input
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
To drive Retailer Quality KPIs and build retailer improvement processes and technology solutions that can be leveraged globally.

To work closely with all Nielsen departments to provide clear vision on retail background.
-
To complete special projects assigned to the region in regards to eData Delivery Dept, as well as reporting the results across the region.
-
To communicate with retailer IT departments (at all levels) on an ongoing basis to cover all data quality queries, both on-going and upcoming.
-
Review retailer cooperation agreements to identify compliance/non-compliance with the data and information provided to Nielsen.

To develop new and enhance existing technical solutions leveraging automation, maintain them and provide support for end users
MAIN OBJECTIVES 2021
- To support all key on-boarding initiatives of Nielsen Russia in 2021.
- To provide intensive on-boarding process of all types of data suppliers.
- To improve quality of the data sent from retailers and optimize interaction with them.
- To optimize data validation and processing from technical equipment stand point.
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
-
Master’s degree in Economical/Technical field.
-
Fluency in SQL,intermediate Python skills.
-
Intermediate English language skills (possible to communicate both verbal and in writing).
-
Solid communication skills.
-
Ability to overview and decompose tasks.
-
High energy and driving for results.
-
Ability to lead several tasks in parallel.
-
Ability to deliver results by himself without micro management.
Desirable:
-
Good programming skills (SQL, Python, VBA)
-
Business Acumen
-
Willingness to learn FMCG business specifics.
-
Experience in building client relationships in a client service or sales/service organization.
