NEW HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS SHEREMETYEVO HOTEL ( OPENING IN THE END OF 2017) IS INVITING
the candidate for the position of CORPORATE SALES MANAGER to join our pre-opening team
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Actively acquires corporate clients for the new hotel ( meetings. sales calls, telemarketing, mailing, networking, participation in industry events)
- Establish business relationship with them leading to the revenue production for the hotel
- Implement all sales action plans related to his/her market areas as outlined in the Sales plan
- Providing direction on and conducting market research
- Analyzing current and potential markets/trends
- Maintaining, renew, keep up-to-date the corporate client databases
Key qualifications required:
- Higher education
- Experience in the similar role preferably in hospitality of 2-3 years, supported by clear evidence of corporate target achievement.
- Work experience in the international hotel company will be an advantage
- Client negotiations skills (advanced level)
- Experience of working with corporate agreements
- Presentation skills (advanced level).
- Fluent English, native Russian.
- Advanced computer user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Client-oriented.
- Communication skills.
- Decision maker.
- Ability to work with OPERA, Merlin, Fair Sales or similar production tracking system.
- Excellent team management skills
- Result oriented and attentive to details
- Willingness and ability to travel to Sheremetyevo (hotel is located in Sheremetyevo Airport)
