Key Requirements:
• Higher education preferable in HR, Economics
• At least 5 years of experience in HR in international company (preferable production company) as HR specialist/HR manager
• A proven track record of working within HR, being capable of managing both strategic and operational HR matters
• Good knowledge of Russian Labour Law, Performance management, C&B, T&D
• Fluent English.
