SIBUR is currently looking for customer service specialist to join our Moscow/Istanbul team of Client Service Department.
Job responsibilities:
- Operational support of the client;
- execution of basic and supplementary agreemants;
- administrating the CRM application;
- payment control;
- handling of customers' requests and complaints;
- reporting;
- monitoring shipment of the products.
Job requirements: - Higher education;
- good knowledge of English, Russian and Turkish languages;
- key understanding of Client Service process;
- basic knowledge of CRM and back office software is an advantage;
- strong communication and negotiation skills;
- ability to multi-task efficiency and work under pressure while meeting critical deadlines;
- desire to pursue a career path in Client Service.
