We are looking for extremely versatile & multi-skilled assistant for the executive manager with fluent English to join the growing team. This will be a many-sided, miscellaneous and extremely interesting role, which will encompass supporting of management with preparing high-quality documents, searching and systematization of required information and taking part in other miscellaneous activities connected with design and web & media materials creation processes.
Responsibilities:
- Deep involvement in paperwork and texts preparation.
- Design and/or manage the team of freelancers for creating different media-materials and documents. You will be deeply involved in websites, logos, brochures, business cards, presentations, flyers and documents page making activities. You are to be able to create those materials by yourself as long or to build the team of experienced and responsible freelancers to complete these tasks on a sustained manner.
- Manage and maintain of websites, corporate e-mails boxes & systems and different kinds of other company’s accounts.
- Prospects and Subagents contact base provisioning and maintaining.
- Search and systematization of required information & documents.
- Involvement in marketing and project development activities.
- Translation of different kinds of documents and materials from Russian to English and vice versa.
- Completion of current tasks from the management.
- Travel support of the management.

- Basic knowledge of website development & management with primitive tools & builders like Tilda, WIX, WP Elementor, plugins etc.
- Ideal candidate should demonstrate his knowledge of web domains registration and further management, DNS records, FTP hosting utilities etc.
- E-mail boxes registration, setting up, adjusting and maintaining.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team and self-directed as well.
- Ability to appropriately handle confidential information.
