International middle-sized pharmaceutical company (HQ - USA)
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Support and implement selected core capabilities that Russian operation to adopt or develop:
-
Active manage agreed SFE KPI for activities measurement
-
Monitor country sales performance against agreed Salesforce KPIs, and work with countries and the Region to identify opportunities for improvement.
-
Support the preparation and presentation review in a regular basis of SFE KPIs for Russian Leadership team
-
Actively work with AP BI (Business Intelligence) to manage the current AP Dashboard and CRM system, related internal process
-
Provide commercial insights from sales data and analytics to provide business recommendations to Business Units marketers and DMs for sales team management and business decision
-
Provide guidance to Sales Operation Analyst on quarterly sales operation in territory alignment, bonus scheme design and implementation; segmentation and targeting optimization
- Develop tailored dashboards/reports /KPIs to monitor sales reps performance data and track progress, ensuring the dashboards are user-friendly with impact
-
Coordinate with global and regional SFE Lead and function for sales operation related project localization and execution for local needs
-
Coordinate with IT and data team on sales effectiveness related database streamlining e.g., Salesforces, Veeva, finance data for in time tracking and monitoring with salesforce activities and effectiveness

Elevate salesforce capabilities and effectiveness in call quality (measurement and action) both quantum and quality of coaching (measurement and action) management, SFE diagnostic and expert consultancy, and CRM program management/deployment
Requirements:
-
Relevant experience in SFE (management role is optional) from 3 years.

Highly developed analytical skills.
-
Practical knowledge of the use of Veeva, CRM, Salesforce call reporting systems.
-
Technical capabilities in the use of MS Office; SQL, VBA, Power BI are nice to have.
-
Relevant experience in project management, especially with retail projects.
-
Strong communication and presentation skills; fluent English and Russian.
