Our client is a foreign company, manufacturer of products to repel undesirable insects and animals. We are searching for a person with strong sales skills. This position is not a starting point, the company wants to develop in Russia. In case of good results, the employee gets prospects of promotion.
Key responsibilities:
- Negotiating with DIY and FMCG sector.
- Taking responsibility for the development and referencing of stores in Moscow and the Moscow region.
- Taking responsibility for achieving fixed objectives.
- Developing of contracts with current clients.
- Presenting and selling the product of the brand.
- Ensuring of the sales of new products.
- Verifying and managing all resale and trade marketing operations.
- Developing of the brand in Moscow and the Moscow region.
- Participating at the various possible events such as trade fairs and conferences and other events concerning specialized distribution.
- Having regular commercial reporting to their direct supervisor.
- Executing trade policy.
- Regularly participating in the management / sales meeting.
- Business trips (in Russia and abroad).
Required skills and qualification :
- Higher education.
- Great sales and persuasive skills.
- Knowledge of the mass market environment.
- Ability to plan in different terms.
- Ability to adapt.
- Good debriefing and transparency skills.
- Teamwork, team management.
- Fluency in English (French would be a plus).
- Experience of work with big and federal chains.
- Experience of work in international companies (Mars, Procter, Unilever, etc…)
