AliExpress Russia is seeking a Seller Operations Manager for Sport / Sport Equipment, AER Fashion Team. The responsibility of this role is to develop & execute the sales strategy and seller management strategy to achieve GMV, best-market price and assortment richness for assigned seller accounts. Support long-term goals and strategy for assigned sellers, follow consumer needs and behavior to ensure AliExpress Russia vision and objects are met for CIS market.
Main Responsibilities:
- Accountability for Sellers GMV
- Manage relationships with AliExpress/Tmall's biggest partners in assigned category ?
- Develop cross-functional strategy to grow sellers’ business and ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate and work with the category manager on partner`s performance - partner meeting preparation, launches, and progress management
- Coordinate activities with key partners including communication, performance, marketing calendar, and campaign delivery
- Negotiating deals with sellers and work with marketing to develop matching initiatives to boost GMV
- Prepare marketing presentations for meetings with partners and internal presentations
- Manage pricing competitiveness, assortment, and stock availability of key products offered by the partner
- Conduct data analysis and reporting on partner performance
- Manage monthly, quarterly, half year and full year business review with key accounts and ensure strong customer engagement at all levels
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Key requirements:
- Master’s degree, preferably in marketing/business/economics
- Minimum of 2 years of E-commerce experience in marketing, sales or commercial department
- Experience as KAM is appreciated
- Knowledge of main commercial KPIs and e-commerce metrics
- Good level of category knowledge
- Good negotiation and client-management skills
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Firm knowledge of MS Office, advanced user of MS Excel
- Fluency in written and spoken English
