Purpose of the job
To coordinate the parts and service process on the basis of the strategic plan for a certain part of the market in such a way that the operational plan (order intake and performance indicators) is realized with the agreed turnover and profit development.
Main responsibilities
- To draw up the strategic and operational market plans for the relevant market area with the service manager, service departmental employees (Service coordinators) and the members of the cluster team (relevant Industry).
- To inform Technical Service Manager about performance of the Customer Support Engineers in the interest of customer satisfaction improvement.
- To meet the agreed targets effectively and efficiently through the active sale of parts and services and through proactive provision of services in close collaboration with the service department (SSU, cluster).
- To analyze customer data, technical market data and competitor data and to translate these into feedback for your own service department team and the rest of the internal organization.
- To optimize customer relations by means of frequent visits to customers, management of agents and internal organization and to act as a regular point of contact for customers during service and the sale of parts.
- To adequately find solution for technical problems through accurate analysis and then to arrange for schedule the service activities
- To correctly deal with cases covered by a guarantee, minimize the costs of failures and prosecute debtors.
Education and Experience
- Technical\technological college level
- General sales experience in a maintenance environment + 5 years
- Knowledge of aftermarket service processes and products, ideally worked in a sales or Service environment
