ASBIS Group is leading IT distributor in the emerging markets of EMEA, combining a wide range of geographical operations with a broad portfolio of products distributed in the 'one-stop-shop' model, invites you to participate in the competition on the vacancy Marketing Manager FMCG
Responsibility for formulation and excellent execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy, brand plans and all initiatives with objectives to launch new products to the market and further deliver agreed annual targets.
- Categories in the area of responsibilities (but not limited): Shampoo & Conditioners, Toothpaste, Dishwasher detergent, Laundry detergent, Sanitizers, Electrical medical devices (Pharma)
- Development brands launch strategy based on deep understanding and comprehensive analyses of all factors influencing brand equity building.
- Excellent execution of all initiatives within agreed strategy and budget to deliver high business financial and sales results
- Proactive project leadership and project management
Operational excellence:
- Leading full cycle of brands creations (naming, creative ideas, price positioning, target audience, POSm, quantities and qualities research, etc)
- Development and implementation of the brands strategies, brands plans, deploy brand assets across all relevant consumer /shopper touch points (pack, on shelf, digital, media etc.)
- Proactive development of marketing, communication and promotional mixes to meet the brand objectives and customer needs
- Liaison with external agencies, different company departments
- ATL & BTL materials development and implementation
- Manage the process of package development
- Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required meeting business objectives
- Drive consumer understanding and insights to strengthen brands communication
Requirements:
- minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience (additional Pharma experience as an advantage)
- proven expertise of launching new products/brands to the market
- proven ability or understanding to execute insight led marketing plans that drive competitive advantage along the path to purchase.
- excellent communication skills in English and Russian (verbal and writing)
- excellent presentation skills
- good business/marketing acumen and analytical skills
- financial acumen at brand manager level
- good experience in digital marketing communications and analytics
- energetic and passionate about their brands/ projects
- independent thinking, action oriented, organized
