Qatar-Russia Investment & Trade Advisory (QRITA) is the business advisory arm of the Qatari-Russian Center for Cooperation (QRCC). QRITA enables, facilitates and supports concrete deals and business connections between the Qatari and Russian markets, working closely with the stakeholders of many governmental, commercial and developmental institutions and enterprises in both countries.
The QRITA team possesses extensive experience and knowledge of the Russian and Qatari markets, backed by deep analytics, and covers the full process of business development and investment, ranging from market research, business matchmaking and investment origination to full transactional support for cross-border investment and trade deals. As a result, QRITA is the go-to advisor and partner for investment and trade-related opportunities concerning the two countries.
We invite the candidates to
the Business Development Manager position.
Main functions:
Assistance in leading efforts to evolve business ties between Qatari and Russian entities to the effect, that the investment & trade targets set for SPIEF 2021 are to be met
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in developing business development strategy for the entities participating and visiting SPIEF
- Arrange business meetings with entities in Qatar, support existed relationships and originate new ones to reach the goals and targets set for improvement of Qatari-Russian Cooperation
- Assist in leading business development meetings internally with different Qatari counterparts from Russia
- Plan and oversee new business development initiatives
- Tight cooperation with Qatari and Russian entities, participating at the Forum, to achieve and improve set investment and trade targets at SPIEF
- Research and compile key industry data, facts and figures, prepare a business proposal and other documents, including commercial ones to provide the most comprehensive business development services for Qatari entities participating at SPIEF
- Constant follow-ups and preparation of reporting documentation on business development field with different internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with departments and subsidiaries of QRCC on the tasks related to SPIEF
- Other assignments associated with business development activities before and during SPIEF
Requirements:
- High degree of fluency in English, verbal and written required (Upper-Intermediate and higher)
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or relevant role with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Proficiency in making business proposals, letters and presentation
- Good business writing and communication skills
- Excellence in communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of key market industries, players, prominent business figures of Russia
- Expertise in business development, investment and trade activities with international customers/clients
