Allergan Division is looking for Distribution Lead
Strategy Development and Planning:
-
Using a Fact Based approach assess current Distribution Reality, identifying gaps and opportunities in Allergan Distribution structure and management and also in their Third Party Distributors working culture, working processes, systems, organizational structure and in their capability to execute Allergan’s Strategy.

To support and coordinate the development and implementation of a revised Distribution Strategy which will deliver Competitive Advantage Pan Russia, to Develop Strategic guidelines and framework for the Distribution Department, SF and our Partners and provide support to Commercial Director.

Develop the organizational structure and role profiles within Allergan and distribution partners which will support implementation of the model and facilitate workshops and activities to bring understanding to the overall organization on the necessary steps to make the model successful.

To support all functional Roles and their teams within the New Distribution Department in developing and implementing a Customer Service Architecture and Policy, supporting Infrastructure and Supply Chain function which will profitably deliver Real Competitive Advantage in Distribution.
Process Development and Management Routines:

Develop an integrated set of working processes and management routines for Allergan Commercial Department, SF and Distribution partners to support the overall Distribution Strategy and which will enable ongoing success of the distribution system and an integrated and aligned working approach.

Coordinate activities within the Commercial Department to ensure that each function is aligned with the Distribution Strategy and our Implementation /Role-Out Timeline is integrated within the organization and distribution partners.
Communication and PR Platform:

To develop a series of integrated multilevel activities and programs supported by communication & PR which will bridge existing gaps in understanding, organizational boundaries, working culture and perceptions and promote respect and positive, constructive interaction within Allergan and it’s distribution partners.

Ensure that all programs and activities support the overall Distribution Strategy and are aligned to promote respect, recognition and drive motivation to work in the true spirit of partnership.
Continuous Evaluation and Capability Development:

Develop an evaluation and measurement system in conjunction with the Distribution Manager & Business Excellence Lead supported by multilevel fact based reporting which will enable the reporting of fully transparent business and operational Key performance indicators.

Develop an integrated Sales & Departmental Dashboard which will continually monitor KPI progress versus objectives and bring accountability and integrity into the system.
