We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team of world-class algorithmic trading professionals. We value talent, deep knowledge, critical thinking, openness and courtesy in communication.
We expect that the candidate will drive the creation of new B2C investment products on various markets.
Responsibilities:

In collaboration with financial, trading and legal professionals structure investment products for various jurisdictions according to business goals;
-
Define and evolve product vision, strategy and roadmap according to business goals;
-
Establish and evolve ground for expansion of the product (franchise, whitelabel);
-
Model and manage legal, financial, PR and marketing project activities;
-
Build relationships between the project and the external environment;
-
Implement operational support for the project;
-
Establish and manage client support service;
-
Establish communications and processes with stakeholders, peer Senior Business Development Manager and peer teams.
Requirements:
-
Solid track record of successfully launched products/businesses is a must;
-
5+ years of relevant experience;
-
Deep understanding of legal, financial, PR, marketing basics;
-
Proven experience in implementation of product expansion and scaling mechanics (franchise, whitelabel);
-
Proficiency in the whole range of business development activities;
-
Strong capability to be hands-on in project planning and execution;
-
Strong communication skills and fluent English;
-
Strong leadership skills and team management experience;
-
Strategic thinking, data-driven, proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
