Exness is a successful fintech organization, one of the leaders of the global CFD brokerage industry. We are now in a phase of expansion and continuously developing our Payments function as well, therefore we are looking for a PSP Account Manager that will join our awesome team in sunny Cyprus.
You will act as a major stakeholder for the interaction with payment providers, build and drive strong relationships with key PSPs and leverage those relationships to drive the best possible payment experience for Exness clients worldwide.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Operating as the point of contact for potential and assigned PSPs
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with accounts
- Ensuring the operation of the Payment providers according to Service Level Agreement
- Ensuring well-designed onboarding procedure while launching new PSPs
- Ensuring the best commercial conditions when working with providers
- Supervision of accounting team to improve providers’ loyalty, increase payment methods turnover and reduce costs
- Collaborating with the teams and resources on internal and provider facing projects
- Analysing the activities of our competitors and the industry to lead the best accounting process improvement
- Working closely with the Payment Product Manager to ensure that the communication topics with PSP is in line with the payment roadmap and corresponds to actual business objectives and value
- Ensuring the consistency and relevance of the PSP related information and knowledge base across the company
The Successful Applicant has:
- 5+ years of experience in management operation positions in retail banking / financial services / payments industry
- Experience working with high risk payment solutions
- Excellent leadership, operation of a huge number of transactions, communication, influencing, conflict management skills at a senior level with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships and negotiate with a range of internal and external stakeholders;
- Good organisational skills/Multi-tasking ability
- Fast Adaptability in changing conditions
- Fluent in English (Russian as an advantage)
