Maintenance of document circulation in accordance with the standards established in the Company: incoming and outgoing correspondence, accounting, timely transfer of documents to the Archive;

Preparation of draft letters, requests and other documents related to the activities of the Department of Administrative Support;

Travel-support of employees and partners of the Company: booking air and railway tickets, hotel reservation, issuing visas, invitations;

Providing employees of the Company with means of office equipment, clerical, household goods and food products;

Arrangement of new workplaces, provision of relocation within the office;

Realization of control over the proper condition of office equipment, engineering communications, sanitary ware, office furniture. If faults are detected - their elimination in the shortest possible time;

Arrangement of accounting, storage and rational use (expenditure) of materials and funds of the Company, inventory of material assets;

Timely reporting;

Interaction with suppliers of goods and services within the framework of the function, based on the principle of economic feasibility and cost optimization, the conclusion of contracts for sale and purchase, supply, contract and services contracts, the examination of the content of draft contracts, the coordination of the draft agreements in the ERMS, timely provision established in the Company of documentation and reporting on purchased goods and services rendered in the reporting period;
